Over the past month I have had some extremely helpful coaching sessions with Kristine. I was not to sure about what I would like to do as a career and not sure what to do. She helped take a deeper dive into my transferable skills and helped me create a plan and what I would need to do in order to help me progress further. Kristine has helped me update my LinkedIn profile as well as my CV. These sessions are perfect as she is calm and really friendly. I have a much clearer idea of what I would like to do and I definitely recommend getting the support from her in finding your next career.

I saw Kristine at a point when I couldn't see any light in my life: I think I was nearly at my lowest point ever. She was the most kind, caring therapist a person could hope to meet - I'm so lucky to have found her.
She has also given me a 'homework' technique that I practise daily, and that seems to be having a cumulative effect [at first it was a bit of a struggle, and now it's become second nature].
Her insight, and the technique, have left me feeling very positive about the present and the future, and I'm left with the impression that any treatment would be tailored to the individual client, not a generic 'one size fits all' approach.
I cannot recommend her highly enough. Even if all you feel you need is a listening ear, please go visit her

Coming to terms with the diagnosis of my dad's cancer and also him leaving my mum after having an affair left me very angry, upset and lost. As well as this I struggled with anxiety which was exacerbated by these problems at home as well as university work. I was struggling sleeping and had numerous panic attacks a day. Kristine is very welcoming and easy to talk to as well as being so kind. Kristine helped me in numerous ways with all of my problems using different techniques. I feel so much better after having sessions with her and I'm beginning to start feeling myself again. Would absolutely recommend seeing Kristine, even if you're just thinking about it, it was the best thing I've done.
